If my television forsakes me, I can go to the Internet to see the news. I no longer have to subscribe to the New York Times or my local paper, I can access it via the Internet. I can open a medium to interact with fellow readers of the Tribune or viewers of ESPN. Whatever I need is at my fingertips. I do not have to travel to the mac cosmetic store to indulge in my shopping fetish. I can just visit MACCOSMETICS.COM or my favorite MACPRO.COM . I can now purchase my Jimmy Choos, Bally's, BCBG's, Chloe Shades all online. That saves gas and time!
Its amazing how media has become the mere essence of interaction. I could instant message a friend or look her up through one of the social networks. I can e-mail my teacher to send her info. I can e-mail her pics I just took. A process that took hours to do is now done in seconds. Instead of taking the picture and waiting for it to develop, I can take the picture and view it on my display screen. From that I can upload it to my iMAC or print it. If that doesn't suit me I can take it to Walgreens to get them printed. Its amazing how society has jumped forward!!!!
I can check my bank accounts and get news alerts via the internet or messaging. I can search and find the cheapest room for a weekend. I can compare shop in 10 minutes flat.
Can I say media is revolutionary? Yes! Not only is it revolutionary, it is the driving force for the REVOLUTION !!!! What more could you want or expect?
